Roshan Kushwaha is an Indian Administrative Service officer who was Bihar’s Begusarai 35th district magistrate. Bihar government appointed Kushwaha to the district in 2022 to take over the current district magistrate Arvind Kumar Verma. He is best known for carrying out Nitish Kumar government’s developmental programs under the ambitious Saat Nishchay Yojna. He was also District Magistrate of Bhojpur district before being appointed to replace current DM Sanjiv Kumar। Kushwaha was DDC of Vaishali district before he was appointed as DM of Bhojpur.
